Bu metin, Rehberlik Akademi mobil uygulamasının ve ilişkili tüm hizmetlerinin kullanımına ilişkin şartları ve kuralları açıklamaktadır. Uygulamayı indirerek, erişerek veya kullanarak aşağıda yer alan kullanım şartlarını kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Bu şartları kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmamanız gerekmektedir.
Kabul ve Onay
Rehberlik Akademi uygulamasını (“Uygulama”) kullanmanız, bu Kullanım Şartları’nı okuduğunuzu, anladığınızı ve bağlayıcı olarak kabul ettiğinizi gösterir. Şartlar, uygulamanın tüm kullanıcıları için geçerlidir.
Hizmet Tanımı
Rehberlik Akademi; eğitim, öğrenme ve kişisel gelişimi desteklemek amacıyla oluşturulmuş bir dijital eğitim platformudur. Uygulama kapsamında aşağıdaki hizmetler sunulmaktadır:
- Rehberlik ve PDR (Psikolojik Danışma ve Rehberlik) alanlarına yönelik testler
- Flash kartlar ile tekrar ve öğrenme çalışmaları
- Ders notları ve konu özetleri
- Topluluk ve etkileşim özellikleri
- Liderlik tablosu ve ilerleme takibi
Sunulan tüm içerikler yalnızca bilgilendirme ve eğitim amaçlıdır. Uygulama, profesyonel danışmanlık veya resmi eğitim kurumlarının yerine geçmez.
Hesap Oluşturma ve Kullanıcı Sorumlulukları
Uygulamadan tam olarak yararlanabilmek için kullanıcı hesabı oluşturmanız gerekmektedir. Hesap oluştururken doğru, güncel ve eksiksiz bilgiler sağlamakla yükümlüsünüz.
- Hesap bilgilerinizin gizliliğinden ve güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.
- Hesabınızı üçüncü kişilerle paylaşamazsınız.
- Başkalarına ait hesapları izinsiz kullanamazsınız.
- 18 yaşından küçükseniz uygulamayı yalnızca ebeveyn veya yasal veli izniyle kullanabilirsiniz.
- Hesabınız üzerinden gerçekleştirilen tüm işlemlerden sorumluluk size aittir.
Pro Abonelik
Rehberlik Akademi, isteğe bağlı olarak ücretli Pro Üyelik seçeneği sunabilir.
Abonelik Bilgileri
Pro Üyelik aylık olarak sunulur ve ücret bilgisi uygulama içinde satın alma sırasında açıkça belirtilir.
Ödeme ve Yenileme
Ödeme, satın alma onaylandığında Apple App Store veya Google Play hesabınız üzerinden tahsil edilir. Abonelik, mevcut dönem sona ermeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme bedeli, dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde hesabınızdan çekilir.
İptal ve İade
Aboneliğinizi dilediğiniz zaman App Store veya Google Play hesap ayarlarınızdan iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal durumunda, mevcut abonelik süresi sona erene kadar Pro özelliklerden yararlanmaya devam edersiniz. Kullanılmayan süreler için iade yapılmaz. Varsa ücretsiz deneme süresi, deneme bitmeden iptal edilirse ücret yansıtılmaz.

Bu Kullanım Şartları, Apple’ın Standart Lisans Sözleşmesi (Apple Standard EULA) yerine geçer ve özel olarak Rehberlik Akademi tarafından hazırlanmıştır.
Kullanım Kuralları
- Yürürlükteki tüm yasalara ve düzenlemelere uygun davranmak
- Diğer kullanıcılara saygılı olmak
- Yanıltıcı, zararlı, hakaret içeren veya hukuka aykırı içerik paylaşmamak
- Spam veya istenmeyen mesajlar göndermemek
- Uygulamanın güvenliğini ve işleyişini tehlikeye atmamak
- Telif hakkı ve fikri mülkiyet ihlali yapmamak
Bu kurallara aykırı davranışlar, hesabın askıya alınmasına veya kalıcı olarak kapatılmasına neden olabilir.
Fikri Mülkiyet Hakları
Uygulama içerisinde yer alan tüm içerikler; testler, sorular, ders notları, metinler, görseller, tasarım ve yazılım dahil olmak üzere Rehberlik Akademi’ye aittir veya lisanslı olarak kullanılmaktadır. Bu içerikler izinsiz kopyalanamaz, çoğaltılamaz, dağıtılamaz veya ticari amaçlarla kullanılamaz.
Hesap Silme
Kullanıcılar, istedikleri zaman uygulama içindeki Ayarlar > Hesabımı Sil seçeneğini kullanarak hesaplarını silebilir. Hesap silme işlemi geri alınamaz ve tüm kullanıcı verileri kalıcı olarak silinir. Hesap silme işlemi, aktif abonelikleri otomatik olarak iptal etmez; aboneliklerin ayrıca App Store veya Google Play üzerinden iptal edilmesi gerekir.
Sorumluluk Reddi
Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulmaktadır. Rehberlik Akademi; içeriklerin eksiksiz, hatasız veya kesintisiz olacağını garanti etmez. Teknik aksaklıklar, hizmet kesintileri veya üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcılarından (Apple, Google vb.) kaynaklanan sorunlardan doğabilecek zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
Değişiklikler
Rehberlik Akademi, bu Kullanım Şartları’nı dilediği zaman güncelleme hakkını saklı tutar. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içi bildirimler veya ilgili kanallar aracılığıyla kullanıcılara duyurulur. Güncellemeler sonrasında uygulamanın kullanılmaya devam edilmesi, yeni şartların kabul edildiği anlamına gelir.
Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Yetki
Bu Kullanım Şartları, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Taraflar arasında doğabilecek uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye Cumhuriyeti mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir.

Acceptance
Your use of the Rehberlik Akademi application (“App”) indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use. These Terms apply to all users of the App.
Service Description
Rehberlik Akademi is a digital learning platform created to support education, learning, and personal development. The App may offer:
- Tests for Guidance and Counseling (PDR) fields
- Flashcards for practice and learning
- Study notes and topic summaries
- Community and interaction features
- Leaderboards and progress tracking
All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. The App does not replace professional counseling or official educational institutions.
Account Creation & User Responsibilities
Creating an account may be required to fully use the App. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- You are responsible for the confidentiality and security of your account.
- You may not share your account with third parties.
- You may not use another person’s account without permission.
- If you are under 18, you may use the App only with parental/legal guardian consent.
- You are responsible for all actions performed through your account.
Pro Subscription
Rehberlik Akademi may offer an optional paid Pro Membership.
Subscription Details
Pro Membership is offered on a monthly basis, and the price is clearly presented in the app at the time of purchase.
Payment & Renewal
Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account upon purchase confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal fee is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancelation & Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your App Store or Google Play account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for any unused portion of the subscription. If a free trial is offered, canceling before the trial ends will prevent charges.

These Terms serve as Rehberlik Akademi’s custom EULA and replace the Apple Standard EULA for this app.
Rules of Use
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Be respectful to other users
- Do not post misleading, harmful, abusive, or unlawful content
- Do not send spam or unsolicited messages
- Do not compromise the security or operation of the App
- Do not infringe copyrights or intellectual property
Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.
Intellectual Property
All content in the App (including tests, questions, notes, texts, visuals, design, and software) belongs to Rehberlik Akademi or is used under license. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without permission.
Account Deletion
Users can delete their account at any time via Settings > Delete My Account within the App. Account deletion is irreversible and removes user data permanently. Deleting the account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions; you must cancel subscriptions separately through the App Store or Google Play.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is.” Rehberlik Akademi does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or complete content. Rehberlik Akademi is not liable for damages arising from technical issues, service interruptions, or third-party services (Apple, Google, etc.).
Changes
Rehberlik Akademi may update these Terms at any time. Material changes may be communicated via in-app notifications or other channels. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye.
